Kendell is a passionate entrepreneur at heart and a chef by craft. His love for food and fine dining began at a young age when he would watch his father, a chef by profession, make magic in the kitchen. Listening to his father’s stories about the culinary life helped Kendell see that he too, was destined to create memorable experiences for people with his hands.
Kendell began his journey working at some of the finest and most recognized restaurants in the Louisville and Southern Indiana area. His modern, yet approachable rendition of American comfort food results in an unforgettable and heartwarming meal every time. Kendell is inspired by the local cuisines of Louisville and Kentucky and constantly strives to provide unique and mouth-watering farm-to-table experiences for all his guests.
When he’s not cooking up new creations in the kitchen, Kendell spends his time studying, investing, and spending quality time with his friends and family.
